Hi Tom Lee 1. Whether pin 5 and pin 6 of J806 short together ? -> Used multimeter to test pin 5 and pin from 13.78kohm 2. R2885 mount or no mount ? -> R2885 mount 3. Do pin 1 and pin 2 of D1103 short together ? D1103 pin 1 and pin 2 is not short Thanks ! jung |

R2885 pin 1 point measure the voltage on 3.30V <Tom> => It is correct If AV jack not insert , R2885 pin 2 point measure the voltage on 0.89V <Tom> => It is incorrect, correct voltage is 3.3V. Because R2885 pin 2 connect to SOC pin R4 directlly. Maybe SOC pin R4 were damaged, PLS try this command first (0001454: 0009748) If AV jack insert,R2885 pin 2 point measure the voltage on 0.1V <Tom> => It is correct Thanks ! Tom |

The output of command is "in". It means the AUX detect GPIO is configured as input pin. So, it is correctly configured. Also take a note of test information from ALT: When connecting mobile with AUX cable to these SWANs, and then playing mobile audio can correctly output to Speaker. |

Hi Wooshin, Our HW thinks this issue is related to Synaptics SoC. So, we asked Synaptics PM to ask their FAE(Tony/Kail) to your office to check this boxes first. If Tony/Kail have checked it, please let us know. Then we will discuss with Synaptics how to handle it at next step. |
